Refund Policy

Within 48 Hours of Payment: Wedding vendors must request refunds for payments made through the online payment service within 48 hours of payment. Requests for refunds should be sent to and include the following information: (a) full name of the person requesting the refund; (b) full name of the business (c) the amount of the refund (d) the date of the payment; and Order Number.

After 48 Hours of Payment: No refunds are available after 48 hours of payment made through the Online Payment Service.
